RS3 Discovery HTS is a 100% Oracle client-server application, designed to assist chemists and biologists who synthesize small molecules and test these small molecules against biological targets. It provides the capability to register small molecules, define assays and assay protocols, track compounds through the screening process, and, finally, analyze the results of the research process (including comprehensive substructure searching).
OMMM (Oxford Molecular's Matrix Management software) is designed for managing screening information in drug discovery research. It organizes all compound information and assay results throughout the screening process. OMMM saves time and improves accuracy by integrating all the functions you need for high-throughput screening and medium-throughput screening in a single desktop package. OMMM is flexible and configurable. (For example, it can work with screening plates of any size and layout - not just 96 well / 8x12.) So it matches - not constrains - your workflow and your experimental setup.
OMMM can be used by itself as a standalone application for screening groups. And it integrates seamlessly with RS3 Discovery HTS to provide a complete, Oracle-based enterprise-wide solution for biological and chemical information management.
RS3 Discovery for Excel is a complementary product for RS3 Discovery and RS3 Discovery HTS. RS3 Discovery for Excel is designed to give discovery scientists immediate access to the data they need in a convenient format for reporting and analysis. Used together with RS3 Discovery HTS, RS3 Discovery for Excel also provides a powerful way to work with high-throughput screening data in plate-based form, including the ability to publish screening results to the RS3 HTS database.
