The Isoplate 96-well microtitration plates have been developed for liquid scintillation and luminescence counting applications. The wells are encased in a matrix that isolates them from one another, which maintains signal integrity by minimizing interference from surrounding wells. These plates are available in a white matrix with clear wells that provide light transmission, 50 percent higher counting efficiency and the elimination of sample contamination and optical crosstalk in liquid scintillation counting and SPA samples. Also available in black-and-clear/white construction, these plates allow cells to be studied before counting in luminescence assays. All three types of plates can be supplied with plain, tissue-culture and high-protein binding finishes.
