The MEDIAJET is a unique media processing system with flexibility to fill Petri dishes of various sizes, Petri dishes with two compartments as well as test tubes of various diameters and length. It is the perfect complementation to the INTEGRA MEDIACLAVE media preparatory range as it allows the continuous filling of up to thirty litres media into Petri dishes. The MEDIAJET has an intuitive, full size graphical user interface making it very easy to control all functions. With the novel Feed-In / Stack-Out technology typical production variations in the diameter or shape of the Petri dishes are easily handled by the unit. The MEDIAJET has a built-in "Agar Spread Function" which ensures a homogenous distribution and an even surface of the agar level in the Petri dish reducing media costs. It also is equipped with a UV lamp that emits powerful 2.1 W UV-C radiation for optimal bactericidal efficiency in the area most vulnerable to contamination. Not only does the MEDIAJET allow the filling of Ø 90 mm dishes, but also Ø 60 or 35 mm dishes, it has optional TUBEFILLER that allows you to convert the automated Petri dish pourer into test tube filler in just a minute.

Then MEDIACLAVE media preparation system allows the rapid and gentle sterilization of 1 – 30 L culture medium. With Precise controlling and monitoring of temperature, time and pressure during the sterilization process guarantee constant high quality. The MEDIACLAVE starts medium formulation by suspending and dissolving the culture medium directly within the MEDIACLAVE system. A strong magnetic stirrer guarantees homogeneous mixing within the vessel and prevents coagulation. The medium sterilization begins with an automatic tightness check at the beginning of each sterilization cycle preventing the instrument from starting incomplete sterilization and subsequent media rejection. The fast, powerful heating elements permit fast media processing, minimizing thermal stress and ensures high fertility of your culture media. For reliable sterilization a large and strong magnetic stirrer with adjustable speed and reversing rotation direction ensures homogenous media preparation over a wide viscosity range. Then easy dispensing with a wide adding port facilitates fast and safe addition of supplements such as antibiotics, blood or growth factors prior to dispensing. The automatic in-process sterilization of the dispense port eliminates the risk of medium contamination during dispensing.

Using an integrated web server allows remote monitoring of the sterilisation process and instrument parameters. The intuitive multilingual graphical user interface and the simple programming make it very easy for everyone to operate. It has up to 50 programs with user-defined parameter settings such as, sterilisation temperature, sterilisation time or dispensing temperature that can be saved and recalled. The MEDIACLAVE provides all necessary tools to support individual needs in process documentation and validation for media preparation.
