KADY International manufactures the KADY Mill- a rotor stator, close clearance, high-speed dispersion mill. The KADY Mill is highly efficient and quickly reduces agglomerates to their original particle size, producing fast fine dispersion for a broad range of chemical processes including paint, paper coating, pharmaceuticals, varnish, ink cosmetics, emulsions, to name only a few. KADY Mills have been used successfully by thousands of plant operators, big and small, around the globe for over fifty years.

The KADY Mill's success rests with its ability to adapt to ever changing process requirements- KADY Mills can efficiently process material from one pint to 2,000 gallons batch, or may be used in in-line continuous operation with thru put rates of up to 500 gallons US per minute. With rotor tip speeds of 9,000 feet per minute the KADY efficiently produces a fast fine dispersion, usually in one step, often eliminating the need for premilling or let down. If Pre Milling is required the KADY may also be used in concert with other mills, usually eliminating the need for multiple media mill passes. KADY Mills are top or bottom entry, may be chilled or heated depending on the process, vacuum and pressure are also options.
