HySpot CGH Labeling Kit

Array-CGH is a microarray based technique used for the analysis of genomic imbalances such as amplified DNA sequences and chromosomal rearrangements implicated in many forms of cancer as well as congenital abnormalities, mental retardation and miscarriages. The specific requirements of high-resolution CGH arrays pose increasing demand on the quality of the fluorescently labeled samples. To accommodate this, we have developed optimized kits for both the direct and indirect labeling of genomic DNA for array-CGH.
