The new Glutathione FlashPlate Plus has been added to the company's basic line of white 96- and 384-well microplates for drug discovery research. It is a convenient, easy-to-use, HTS-friendly platform for the capture of Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) or GST-tagged molecules. The product is suitable for a variety of assays, including enzyme (e.g., kinase, protease, etc.), protein-protein interactions and more.

To eliminate the time and expense of handling liquid scintillant, the well interiors of Basic FlashPlates are permanently coated with a thin layer of scintillant. In addition, the product has a subsequent glutathione coating.
Without time-consuming filtration steps or beads to handle, it yields reproducible results with typical intra-plate CVs of 5-7%. If desired, aspiration and wash steps can be added to improve signal-to-noise ratios. This flexible platform can be miniaturized from 96- to 384-well density for additional screening process cost reductions and reagent savings.

These products are available in a 96-well format in packages of five and 20 plates (SMP109, SMP109A), and in a 384-well format in packages of two and 10 plates (SMP413, SMP413A).
