A High-Throughput Bioreactor System For High-Quality, Reproducible Data

Are you looking for ways to reduce bioprocess development time and scale-up? High-throughput screening in bench-scale systems can dramatically accelerate process development with data that's comparable to bench, pilot, and manufacturing scale. This study demonstrates robust process control of 15 parallel E. coli fermentations in the Culture Biosciences high-throughput bioreactor system. Fifteen experiments were run at 3 different temperature set points with five E.coli cultures at each temperature.
