HIC Test Kit

The HiTrap Hydrophobic Interaction Columns (HIC) Selection Kit contains five hydrophobic interaction chromatography media, each with different hydrophobic characteristics. Separations are achieved readily with the application of a syringe or a pump or liquid chromatography system, and the media are based on the cross-linked beaded agarose matrices, which have the combined attributes of excellent binding capacity, physical and chemical stability, and high flow properties. Each column has a different hydrophobic ligand coupled to the matrix, which accounts for the varying hydrophobicity between the columns.
