A chemically synthesized peptide has to reach the injectable stage with consistent purity and sterility, in a formulation that resists aggregation, degradation, and short shelf life. Potent peptides must also be handled safely on the floor, and the finished product has to be safe for patients. The downstream flow starts at the drug substance and moves through reversed-phase chromatography, precipitation, final formulation, tangential flow filtration, sterile filtration, and filling. It ends with isolation by filter dryer or lyophilization. Each stage lists matched filters, mixers, single-use assemblies, sampling systems, solvents, and excipients, with regulatory dossiers and validation services alongside.

Match your process stages to the options and find where your stream needs a closer look.
