Global Vision recently announced the release of version 2.0 of its Docu-Proof™ Enterprise text inspection software. This newest version adds powerful inspection technologies to the leading text verification tool for documents, artwork, labels, inserts and cartons.

Version 2.0 introduces the industry’s first inspection tools to detect, process and manipulate documents with tables. This allows users to quickly select, de-select and compare tables using Global Vision’s patent-pending table inspection technology.

In addition, this version includes a new "Find and Compare" feature, ideal for cartons and QRD templates, where approved text may be repeated multiple times within the sample artwork.

“We are very excited with the 2.0 release of Docu-Proof™ Enterprise. In addition to the built-in spellcheck capabilities of the software, we are delivering even greater value to our users by integrating unique technologies into their text proofreading process with our new table inspection capabilities.”
— says Reuben Malz, President.

Docu-Proof™ Enterprise is fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant with a centralized audit and user security module. It offers complete validation for regulated industries and is validated across the latest Citrix platforms to support enterprise-wide deployments.

"We are also pleased to announce that the Docu-Proof™ Enterprise 2.0 will be adopted globally by one of the top Pharmaceutical companies as the de facto standard for their proofreading needs."
— says Reuben Malz, President.

Users of Docu-Proof™ Enterprise will benefit from further enhancements to Global Vision’s proven text inspection algorithms with reduced false positives and quicker comparison speeds in order to identify spelling errors, moved text, inserted text, deleted text and font differences in their documents regardless of layout.
