Genomics One Corporation
Recently, Genomics One has shown [Slilaty & Lebel (1998) Gene 213:83-91] that nonclonable DNA sequences are not due to some inherent problem in the DNA itself. Instead, these sequences are perfectly clonable and it is the architecture of the cloning vectors that is the culprit. With such insight, Genomics One developed the TrueBlue® Technology. TrueBlue® Technology consists of a newly modified lacZa gene fragment that is capable of providing 100% accuracy in Blue/White selection. Genomics One's research and development efforts are undertaken by experienced researchers who are recognized for the quality of their contributions to the scientific community and who already have a record of filing and securing patents while publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
In addition to pursuing relationships with research collaborators, Genomics One is currently negotiating, collaborative, license or distribution agreements with other biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies thereby increasing its exposure in international markets.
