Gel Box

The RGX-60 is a gel box that is specifically designed for high throughput. It has direct water cooling technology that allows gels to be run at high voltages. This unit does not require any precooling, it uses standard buffers and agaroses, and the gels can be precast in a casting stand. This device provides results for all applications concerning DNA fragments of kb or smaller. The gels can be cast with up to four combs, and samples can be loaded easily because the combs are designed to be compatible with multichannel pipettors. This unit is particularly useful for who intend to examine large numbers of products, such as Restriction Endonuclease digests or PCR.
