From Screening To Scale-Up: Optimization On mAb Purification Using Protein A Membrane Chromatography
By M. Marinova, A.C. Lyons, M. DeVore, S. Madasu, M.C. Kerzic, and C.A. Mitchell

This study provides a description of the DOE and development of a purification method for Gore 1mL ProA membranes using the Protein Maker for screening, followed by a comparison of membrane chromatography and traditional resin at scale.
High Throughput (HTP) screening of mAbs to determine ideal candidates for scale up for pilot and production scale is critical in the growing immunotherapy market. Compare membrane and traditional resins at both small and large scale, as well as how 1mL Gore ProA Column and 1mL MabSelect Sure LX (MSS) compares to PrismA Column using the Protein Maker for HTP.
