Zymed Laboratories, Inc.ombo pack consists of 1 ml each of concentrated mouse anti-estrogen receptor (ER), clone 1 D5, and concentrated mouse anti-progesterone receptor (PR), clone PR-2C5. ID5, considered the premier clone for detecting estrogen receptor proteins, is useful for the study of human breast and endometrial carcinomas that express estrogen receptor. ID5 and PR-2C5 provide quantitative demonstration of the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor proteins with an anti-mouse immunodetection system in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, cryostat sections or cell smears.
