Efficient MMR-Targeted Antibody Discovery

High quality monoclonal antibodies against MMR proteins are urgently needed to investigate their human genetics-supported roles in HD. By leveraging the shared component features of MMR targets and the PentaMice platform, Curia identified diverse sets of target-specific antibodies to enable these studies. CHDI Foundation will make these antibodies available to the HD research community once further validated.
