This study was performed to determine early development support for lead selection.

Within two weeks, a comprehensive in vitro study was prepared. Following the technical team visit, an integrated program utilizing medicinal chemistry and in vitro studies was initiated.

The study resulted in the identification of an improved lead candidate based on SAR and in vitro test results.
