Corning® Closed System Cell Culture Flasks

Every open transfer in a cell therapy workflow is a chance for contamination, and seed trains are where those transfers add up. This family of closed system culture flasks is built for aseptic early expansion ahead of larger multilayer vessels. It comes in three surface area formats (75, 175, and 225 cm2), with an aseptic transfer cap that facilitates sterile connections and both integral and external 0.2 μm vent filters for gas exchange.
