CellCube® System Protocol

Prior to process development in CellCube modules, it would be beneficial to evaluate the performance of the perfused parallel-plate growth technology for specific cell line(s) or applications. To test and evaluate, we have outlined a plug-and-play setup of products for cell expansion in the Corning CellCube 25-layer module using a Corning 3L disposable spinner flask (DSF) as a substitute for a bioreactor controller in this video.
