Full closed systems solutions are offered with Aseptic Transfer Cap preassembled to various containers for optimized use with the Ascent Fixed Bed Reactor.
Corning® Ascent® 3L or 5L Erlenmeyer Flask for storage with 1/4" Aseptic Connector
These flasks can be connected to the Ascent Fixed Reactor system using the pre-assembled aseptic connector. They can be used to add media into the system or take out waste from the system in an entirely closed solution.
Corning® Ascent® 500ml Storage Bottle with 1/4" or 1/8” Aseptic Connector
These storage bottles can be connected to the Ascent Fixed Reactor system using the pre-assembled aseptic connector. They can be used to add media, or caustic fluids such as trypsin to complete cell culture in an entirely closed solution.
Corning® Ascent® 500ml Centrifuge Tube for storage with 1/4" Aseptic Connector
These centrifuge tubes can be connected to the Ascent Fixed Reactor system using the pre-assembled aseptic connector. They can be used for inoculation in an entirely closed solution.
