Comprehensive Single T Cell Profiling

With the Bruker Optofluidic Platform Advantage, researchers can look at cytokine expression, visualize tumor cell killing and recover those same T cells for gene expression or genomic analysis.

Polyfunctional T cells are considered to be the most potent anti-tumor effector T cells. To find polyfunctional T cells in a heterogeneous sample, scientists must be able to characterize cytokine secretion and cytotoxicity at the single-cell level. However, current single-cell methods are destructive and prevent the correlation of cytokine secretion with other functional parameters like cytotoxicity or gene expression. The Opto^® T Cell Profiling workflow makes it possible to comprehensively profile single T cells and link this phenotypic and functional data to the genotype of those same cells.
