CloneSelect Imager

In just over 1 minute up to 96 cell lines growing in a well plate can be imaged and analyzed for confluence, cell number and clonality. The cells growing as attached monolayers are imaged by indirect white light and therefore do not require any staining or fixation. Consequently cell growth can be measured over a number of days and time courses determined automatically for all wells. The system has applications in colony picking or FACs sorting where a few cells or single cells are selected for growth also in toxicology and quality control for cell screening assays.
