AES Omni integrates up to six gas supplies into the vertical posts of the AES modular cleanroom system.
Cleaner Installation – The AES OMNI is simply the cleanest approach to gas utility piping in the industry. Piping is completed integrated into the vertical wall posts, with terminations above the AES walkable ceiling. Lower Installation Cost – Pre-manufactured piping within wall posts substantially reduces the cost of gas utility integration and field piping. High Quality Materials and High Purity – Piping within the AES OMNI Raceway is High Purity 316 Stainless steel, fully welded. All components are fully factory leak tested to UHP standards. Applications – The AES OMNI may be used with non-hazardous or inert gases such as CA, N2, O2, CO2, Ar, Ne, He, N2O, with flow rates up to 100 slpm.
