CellBri's Journey: Building The Infrastructure Behind Cell Therapy Manufacturing

CellBri started in 2011 as a research team working on automated cell processing and fluid control systems, then launched commercial operations in 2020 from an 80-square-meter facility with less than $1.5 million in early funding. Founder and CEO Yuanfang Shang and co-founder and CTO Xiaoliang Guo guided the company through a sequence of facility expansions, from Shenzhen to Beijing and Hangzhou, then a U.S. subsidiary and a new production base built for larger-scale delivery. Along the way, CellBri moved from single pieces of automated equipment into consumables, software, process development, and industrialization services.
See how CellBri's milestones trace that expansion.
