Bleed Valves
The Aquasyn bleed valve & sampling valve utilizes a simple but effective design that requires little to no maintenance. The valve can be used for many applications that include vent drain, sampling, transfer panels, pump casing drain, filter housings and bleeding a system.
The Aquasyn bleed valve & sampling valve is a versatile valve engineered to provide a simple cost effective solution for sampling product, bleeding steam pressure or draining condensate. Constructed from 316L Stainless Steel, finished internally to a 15Ra EP and assembled with a PTFE sealing tip and USP Class VI EPDM O-Ring this valve is designed to meet the stringent requirements of the Bio-Technology and Pharmaceutical industries. The engineered plastic handle is highly resistant to acidic solutions and is capable of withstanding repeated autoclaving cycles. Available in many different styles including right angled, inline, tee style and both eccentrically and concentrically orientated. With all these options available complete line drain ability can be assured by choosing the correct valve and placing it in the correct orientation at the bottom of the connected piping. The bleed valve & sample valves are fully traceable and come complete with material test reports and certificates of compliance.
