The BioProfile 400 Automated Chemistry Analyzer provides a real-time, on-line method for monitoring key nutrients, metabolites, and gases in cell culture media. This multi-channel analyzer offers ten measured tests, including glucose, lactate, glutamine, glutamate, ammonium, pH, PO2, PCO2, sodium, and potassium, plus calculated osmolality, air saturation, and CO2 saturation.

The BioProfile 400 Automated Chemistry Analyzer provides a real-time, on-line method for monitoring key nutrients, metabolites, and gases in cell culture media. This multi-channel analyzer offers ten measured tests, including glucose, lactate, glutamine, glutamate, ammonium, pH, PO2, PCO2, sodium, and potassium, plus calculated osmolality, air saturation, and CO2 saturation. Test results are reported in less than 3 minutes. The BioProfile 400 provides the flexibility of direct sampling, batch processing from its 40-position sampling tray, or direct, unattended sampling from up to four bioreactors using Nova's On-Line Autosampler. In addition, the innovative analyzer design eliminates the need for bulky gas tanks typically required for PO2 and PCO2 measurement. Internal sample dilution assures accurate test results throughout a wide measuring range.
