BioProfile Analyzers for Cell Culture
BioProfile 100, 200/250
Nova offers three BioProfile Analyzers whose test menus are specifically geared toward mammalian cell culture. Up to 12 key parameters can be determined simultaneously.
The BioProfile 100 offers eight measured tests including glutamine, glutamate, glucose, lactate, ammonium, pH, sodium and potassium, and calculated osmolality. The BioProfile 100 offers a convenient 40-position sample tray that enables batch processing with full walkaway automation.
The BioProfile 200/250 adds pO2 and pCO2 and a choice of ionised calcium or cell density, plus calculated TCO2, air saturation, CO2 saturation, and bicarbonate. The BioProfile 200/250 offers optional direct, automated sampling from up to four bioreactors as well as a feedback control system that facilitates automated introduction of nutrients when preset limits are reached.

BioProfile's comprehensive test menus allow consolidation of testing into a single analyzer. This results in significant time and labour savings, as well as real-time process control capabilities. BioProfile analyzers can replace as many as seven different instruments and measurement techniques.
