To meet the growing demand for large-scale biologics manufacturing, Syngene has significantly expanded its drug substance capacity with the addition of Syngene Manufacturing Unit-3. Designed to support both clinical and commercial programs, the facility offers a total bioreactor capacity of 50 KL, featuring a flexible configuration of 2,000 L and 4,000 L single-use bioreactors across multiple production suites.

Complementing its commercial-scale infrastructure, the site includes a dedicated development suite equipped with 50 L to 500 L single-use bioreactors to support process development, scale-up, and clinical manufacturing. This integrated setup enables seamless progression from early-stage development to commercial production, providing the flexibility, scalability, and operational efficiency needed to accelerate biologics programs and support evolving market demands.
