Bio-Simplex® Flex-Joints™ For Challenging Tubing Situations

Bio-Simplex® Flex-Joints™ from Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics allow permanent dip tube positioning and abolish tube kinking or shape loss within the bend. The patentpending design and molded one piece construction create a seamless fluid path andunobstructed inner bore, eliminating contamination and product loss due to loose  connections. Bio-Simplex® Flex-Joints™ effectively replace stainless steel rigid diptubes with USP Class VI single-use materials including C-Flex® overmolding and rigid polypropylene tubing. They will accommodate angle deviation in hand blown flasks and can be combined with Bio-Simplex® Manifolds and EZ Top® Container Closures to create a closed loop system.

Position Flex-Joint™ in hands with fingers as shown. Bend to desired position and release Flex-Joint™. Bio-Simplex® Flex-Joints™ are designed for single use applications. Once the Flex-Joint™ is positioned, avoid repeated bending or manipulation. Excessive bending or manipulation can result in device degradation.
