Bertan High Voltage was founded in 1969 on the principle of providing the industrial, medical, R&D and academic communities with safe, reliable, precision high voltage power supplies for a vast array of applications. BERTAN introduced advanced, solid state designs in compact physical configurations, replacing the bulky and often dangerous devices that had earlier characterized the high voltage field. In three decades BERTAN has grown to become the leader in sophisticated high voltage design, volume production, quality, performance, and innovation. Our large team of designers, engineers, QA specialists, application support personnel and account managers utilize the latest technologies and techniques for supporting our dual programs of catalog/standard product and custom product manufacture.

Bertan products can be found in every major national, international, private and corporate laboratory, and of course, in the plants and facilities of many OEM's around the world. Our industrial customers use BERTAN standard and/or custom product in applications as diverse as: medical instrumentation, x-ray analysis, semiconductor fabrication, elemental analysis, precision CRT displays, biochemistry instrumentation, nuclear instrumentation, scanning electron microscopes, ATE, E-Beam and I-Beam applications. Typically, where cutting edge research or state-of-the-art OEM systems are found, a BERTAN power supply is at the heart of the application.
