AxioVision Software for Microscopy

N/Aion software enables the user to produce images with transmitted, incident and fluorescence light techniques and process, transmit or archive the images. The Windows based interface features a menu with defined structures for overviews. The menu is designed for optimum flexibility and elements not required for a given application can be removed from the screen to simplify operation. On-line control allows users to view any manipulations or changes directly. Logical adjustment of settings with slide controls or fields makes it possible to set parameters. Standard application routines include multiple-channel fluorescence acquisition, time-lapse imaging and Z-slicing. Additional software features include digital photography, image acquisition and processing, insertion of text and graphic elements, archiving and report generation.
