Assay Designs, Inc. was formed in 1992 to bring the highest quality products to the research community. We have been involved in the development of chemiluminescent and bioluminescent systems and their use for the measurement of low concentration analytes. The two founders of the company, Russell Hart and Barbara Scheuer, jointly have over 27 years experience making high quality immunoassay and DNA/RNA probe diagnostics for the FDA-regulated clinical hospital market. Since the company's formation in 1992 we have been bringing this attention to quality to the research products market.

As a company dedicated to the preservation of the environment we have strived to use recycled materials in our products, and we ask our customers to help us. Our catalog is printed entirely on recycled paper. We ask that if you do not wish to receive printed information from us please return the postage paid card in the front flap of the catalog or fax us to notify us to take your name off our mailing list. Please also see if a co-worker or colleague has use for the catalog, or if not, recycle the pages and reuse the binder.

Our kits are packaged in corrugated cardboard. Please recycle the cardboard when you have finished using it. Most components are supplied in recyclable polyethylene containers. Please either wash these out and reuse them or recycle them. The inserts, worksheets and QC reports for all our products are printed on recycled paper. Please recycle these also.
