An Integrated Software Ecosystem For End-To-End Oligonucleotides DataAcquisition, Analysis, And Reporting

Characterizing a therapeutic oligonucleotide is rarely quick. Beyond the target sequence, every related impurity has to be identified and quantified, and the handoffs between acquisition, processing, and reporting add time of their own. Presented at ASMS 2026 by Guannan Li, Stephen Sciuto, Jordy Hsiao, Linfeng Wu, David Wong, and Ruoji Luo of Agilent Technologies, this work tests a client-server software ecosystem against two siRNA molecules, inclisiran and givosiran. It covers ion-pair reversed-phase LC with Q-TOF detection of denatured and non-denatured forms, sequence-controlled automation that can run for days without intervention, targeted MS/MS for sequence confirmation, and report generation from templates.

Explore the data, instrument conditions, and sequence design to see how the workflow is built.
