AAV Analytics With Mass Photometry

Mass photometry is particularly well suited to AAV research, development, and manufacturing due to its ability to measure the empty/full capsid ratio for AAVs of any serotype in minutes, using small sample volumes and minimal preparation. The technology can also detect impurities and aggregation in AAV samples. Here we explore the use of mass photometry in the cell & gene therapy space, as well as solutions for AAV analysis.
