The GS Gene Expression System® with GS Ori-Go vectors is built to eliminate that problem entirely, giving you a single platform from discovery through commercial manufacturing.

The numbers are hard to argue with. GS Ori-Go vectors support lead clone titers above 11 g/L, with up to 97% bulk pool stability and greater than 90% clone stability. MSX selection is gone completely, and by working directly from bulk pools rather than enriched pools, you save up to two weeks off your cell line development timeline. That's roughly a 15% reduction in gene-to-research cell bank timelines.

The underlying platform — built around the CHOK1SV GS-KO cell line, LHP-1 promoter, and GS piggyBac transposon system — has powered over 100 approved commercial products and achieved a 100% success rate for IND-enabling CMC modules over 20+ years. In 2025, more than half of products expressed using the platform were non-monoclonal antibodies, spanning bispecifics, DuoBodies, Fc-fusions, and one-armed antibodies.

For oncology applications, the GS Effex FUT8 knockout cell line produces afucosylated monoclonal antibodies with approximately 10-fold increased ADCC potency compared to the standard CHOK1SV GS-KO line, with no compromise on titer, growth, or stability.
