Rotating spray efficiently cleans tanks, vessels, containers, and more
The 28500R spray ball relies on a rotating motion to produce a solid stream spray for efficient cleaning of tanks, vessels, containers, and equipment. The physical reaction force from the cleaning solution drives its rotating spray. This spray action assures that all tank surfaces within the specified cleaning range are sprayed by direct impact and subsequently rinsed by the cascading liquid. This level of cleaning performance is a distinct advantage over fixed spray balls. Fixed spray balls have relatively limited spray coverage, low impact, and high liquid use. In addition, many models also provide poor coverage near the top of the tank interior.

Materials of construction are chemical and corrosion resistant
The spray ball consists of a chemical- and corrosion-resistant TEFLON fluoropolymer resin spray ring that rotates around a solid TEFLON connection body. The rotating spray ring is retained in place on the connection body by an easily removable external TEFLON retainer and VITON® o-ring. The connection body is attached to the liquid supply tube by a removable electropolished type 316 stainless steel retaining clip. This threadless spray ball is self-cleaning and provides easy removal of the entire assembly when necessary.
