Near-Infrared Emission-Luciferin Analogue
Aka Lumine is a luciferin analog has the luminescence peak at 670 ~ 680 nm.
Aka Lumine is a luciferin analog has the luminescence peak at 670 ~ 680 nm. The peak range is in the near-infrared (NIR) window (also known as optical window). Since the adsorption of hemoglobin and water is small in the optical window, Aka Lumine is well suited to in vivo imaging.
- C16H18N2O2S = 302.39
- Luminescence Wavelength: 670 ~ 680 nm
- Well-suited to imaging of thick tissue
- Preparation: Dissolve to DMSO (16 mg/mL) to prepare the stock solution. After reconstitution, use it as soon as possible.
