Anti-human sRANKL is produced in rabbits using highly purified recombinant human sRANKL as the immunizing antigen. The resulting antiserum was purified by Protein A chromatography. The product is lyophilized from PBS.
The lyophilized antibody, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below –1°C. Reconstituted anti-human sRANKL should be stored at -20°C.
Reconstitute in 100 µl of water for each 100 µg of antibody to obtain a solution of 1mg/ml antibody in PBS. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentrations for use of this antibody. Biological activity is Direct ELISA and Western Blot.
