In this course, participants will discuss the components required in an airflow visualization study, such as intervention assessments, movement effects, regulatory requirements and facility design elements. They will learn how the concept of "first air" is related to product sterility and how unidirectional and turbulent airflow affects it. Participants will also learn how to incorporate these elements into a contamination control program emphasizing good aseptic technique and clean room behavior.
