The Screen-Well Bioactive Lipid Library from BIOMOL Research Laboratories, Inc., designed specifically for High Throughput Screening programs, is ideal for screening or identifying recombinant receptors, including G protein coupled receptors, nuclear and orphan receptors or for routine pharmacological applications. The library includes 200 bioactive lipids including: prostaglandins, thromboxanes, leukotrienes, lipoxins, HETEs, DiHETEs, hepoxilins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, cannabinoids, anandamides, PAFs, sphingolipids, retinoids, vitamin D metabolites, octadecanoids, LPA, phosphatidic acids, farnesyl and geranylgeranyl derivatives. The library includes both agonists and antagonists.
Each lipid is supplied in solution at standard concentrations in three, deep-well plates. Comprehensive plate maps and supporting data are included.
The Screen-Well Bioactive Lipid Library is the first in a series of Screen-Well Library Products from BIOMOL. Designed for High Throughput Screening and supplied in a 96-well plate format, the Screen-Well Library Series from BIOMOL will enable researchers to rapidly identify ligands for orphan receptors and other applications. Currently in development: Steroid Library, Natural Products Library and Neurotransmitters Library.
