Technical Note: CellMaker PLUS For The Culture Of CHO-S Cells

In recent years there has been a significant increase in the demand for mammalian cell culture procedures in the development and production of biopharmaceuticals. This report describes the use of a Cellexus HybridBagTM single-use bioreactor bag for the fed -batch scale-up of a standard CHO-S (Invitrogen) cell culture in defined CHO-S media (Gibco) in the CellMaker PLUSTM system.
