Tachykinin Receptor Antibodies

Source: Novus Biologicals, Incorporated
The mammalian tachykinins include Substance P (SP), Neurokinin A (NKA), and Neurokinin B (NKB)
The mammalian tachykinins include Substance P (SP), Neurokinin A (NKA), and Neurokinin B (NKB). These Tachykinin peptides mediate many physiological and pathological processes including inflammation, pain, migraine headache, and allergy-induced asthma. Three tachykinin receptor types have been characterized, NK-1, NK-2 and NK-3, which have preferential affinities for SP, NKA and NKB, respectively. Novus Biologicals, Inc. now supplies Anti-Substance P (NK-1)Receptor and Anti-Neurokinin-B (NK-3) Receptor for the study of these tachykinin receptors. Both antibodies have been used for immunohistochemical analysis on frozen and fixed tissues.
