TESCOM™ PH-3200 Series high purity high flow single stage regulator offers a compact, USP Class VI and BPE compliant design suitable for biotech and pharm gas flows of 5-50 SCFM [141-1415 SLPM]. Diffusion-resistant metal-to-metal diaphragm seal ensures gas purity and integrity. Ideal for use in sparge gases, clean steam for sanitization, and transfer panels.
