What is the RosetteSep Method?
RosetteSep™ is a rapid and easy procedure to isolate circulating epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood. It combines the specificity of antibody-mediated cell separation with the ease of density gradient centrifugation. Tumor cell enrichment with RosetteSep involves only a 20 minute incubation of the whole blood sample with the RosetteSep reagent, followed by a standard buoyant density centrifugation. No special equipment is required.
