RFMD324 is a low-noise CDMA/TDMA PA driver amp with a very high dynamic range. This unit has been specifically designed for transmitting digital PCS applications at 1880MHz. Offering low noise and a high intercept point for transmitting cellular applications at 830MHz, this driver amp is useful in the transmit chain of digital subscriber units where low transmit noise is a concern. It operates from a 2.5V-6.0V power supply, and it features an on-board power-down capability that can be used to turn off the device completely. It is offered in a standard miniature 8-lead plastic MSOP package.
