Clone M5II-54 and lone M5I-1 are rat IgG2a antibodies used for the study of multi drug-resistance in human cancer cells
Evotech Biologics>5II-54 and lone M5I-1 are rat IgG2a antibodies used for the study of multi drug-resistance in human cancer cells. Both antibodies react with an internal epitope of human MRP5, an 190-200kDa transmembrane protein that is closely related to the multidrug resistance related protein MRP. These antibodies do not cross-react with human MDR1, MRP1, MRP2, and MRP3 gene products. Both antibodies can be used for immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and western blotting.
