This molecular weight standards kit is designed to determine fragment size and concentration of unknown experimental samples of DNA. This kit contains four tubes of linearized, double-stranded DNA fragments in 200 l sample buffer. Also, experimental samples of linear DNA of unknown size and/or concentration are run on the same gel next to the ATCC Standards. Using ethidium bromide staining, the kit provides visualization of results on agarose gel. It has a DNA size range of 0.94kb to 4.4kb, and a concentration range of 25ng to 200ng/5 l.
