Mmg SCREENING COLLECTION

The Maybridge mg (Mmg) collection database is comprised of 2,841 new compounds. The new database is an enhancement to the HiTS (High Throughput Screening) Kits compound collections released in early 2001, and the already popular diverse Maybridge Screening collection.

The Mmg collection is named for the milligram amounts in which they are supplied. Available in quantities of up to 5mg, and delivered in vials or various plating formats, the compounds have all been recently analysed and are of known and indicated purity, greater than 80%. Lipinski data (molecular weights, number of Hydrogen bond acceptors and donors, and ClogP values) are available for all 2,841 compounds in the new collection and all the compounds display optimum drug-like characteristics according to Lipinski rules. Additionally, all Mmg compounds have innovative and exciting features, typical of the compounds produced by Maybridge, and as the compounds are of slightly less purity than is customary for Maybridge, the collection is also very competitively priced.
