Library for High Throughput Screening

The second Screen-Well Library for high throughput screening is now available. The Ion-Channel Ligand Library will enable researchers engaged in high throughput screening programs to rapidly screen and identify recombinant ion channels. It is also useful as a comprehensive stock of known biologically active compounds for use in other routine pharmacological applications. Each compound in the library is supplied in solution at standard concentrations of 10 mM. The following classes of ion channel ligands are included: calcium channels, potassium channels, sodium channels, chloride channels, antagonists and agonists. Supporting data for each of the compounds are also included. The library is supplied frozen, in one 96 deep-well plate.
