Image Acquisition Software

The Multi Dimensional Acquisition and Viewer modules provide a set of tools for studying cell structure and function for use with version 4.0 of MetaMorph imaging software. The Multi Dimensional Acquisition module provides an intuitive user interface that allows easy configuration of acquisition paradigms to acquire 3-dimensional data at multiple excitation and/or emission wavelengths across time. Multiple stage positions can also be sampled. With appropriate hardware, the Multi Dimensional Acquisition module can perform high-speed stream acquisition with respect to wavelength, Z-series, and time.
