The new LINCOplex technology allows the measurement of 8+ cytokines or 4+ endocrine hormones in a single sample. It also allows you to customize your assay – choose a minimum of any 3 cytokines or select all 8. The product is especially useful for conducting multiplex assays on samples where limited volumes are available. All components are included (capture antibody, detection antibody, standards, quality controls, reporter, streptavidin-PE, wash buffer, assay buffer, 96-well micro filter plate).
Assay Conditions:
4 hour assay
50 µl sample volume
Standard Curve Range: 4-4000pg/ml
Cross Reactivity: The cytokine antibody pairs in this multiplex do not cross react to the other analytes in the panel. Also, they have less than 1% cross reactivity with IL-1a, IL-3, IL-5, IL-7, IL-12 (p40/p70), TNF-b, IFN-a, IFN-b, GM-CSF, G-CSF, MIP-1a, MIP-1b and MCP-1.
